i have a ims tank on my ds but it looks terrible its was white not its tan is there any special paint i need to pain it thanks.

Paint fumes will just bubble it up.

Have a buddy that had a natural one and tried having it painted. . . paint didn't last.

 

what about sanding it so its ruffed up then using that paint for plastic? bonds to plastic...forget what its called. IMS has a white one and also sell a black one, so what do they do for the black?

 

Its black plastic.

 

I did all that with even a plastic primer and as soon as it was out in the sun the fumes just started to bubble it. Its like the dirt bikes graphics. Ever notice how they have the holes in them well its to let the fumes out.
