i just did a dj jet kit and a k&n carb mount filter on today and it was ok for a while didnt run the greatest but now it will only idle and if i give it gas it dies ... im set at 185 needle on 5th clip and air/fuel mixture screw 3 turns out from where it studders thanks in advance

 

I would say you are choking it out... too much fuel.

 

See if the jet vibrated loose and dropped into the float bowl. That will really mess with you.

 

Is your gas on, got gas, or gas line pinched? Are the floats upside down?

 

Im not familar with the dynojet kits but with a 185 main and needle in the 5th (richest) postion. I would think your way to rich. From your sig it looks like your just running a pipe and filter. Thats my guess.
