Default New goodies for my Sp 450

My sweetie felt sorry for me because I didn't have a brush guard and a rack extender for the back so she bought them for my B'Day. What a woman!
I have just over 200 mi on it. So far so good. My son visited over the long weekend and we took it and the little Yamaha up a creek a ways. (Not much over the foot boards) It is loosening up and operating really well by now.

LOL, yeah, I had already looked at your wife's machine with the aluminum wheels! That really flung a cravin on me! There is really no use though. I will be crossing the creeks around here constantly, then the dusty little roads.

Hey Stendori, would you say that the 450 is close to the 500H.O. in power? is there much of a difference? thx.. Oh and yeah, what a woman.

in my opinion, yes its very close to my 02 500 ho i had inpower and speed. these have my old 26" tires on it now and has no problem in getting out and hamming. it also handles easier according to my wife who hated my ho because it turned so hard. were talkiong about the carb model right.

We sure are. Yeah, i REALLY want to drive one of the new frames (05 and newer), i want to know if they handle better, if they're more manueverable, or less manueverable, the front of them seems alot wider than my '04 and previous.. i dunno, i just cant wait until i get an 800..

This 450 SP is my first Polaris, but not my first ATV. It is THE first one I ever rode that I could steer with one hand!
