Default Exhaust Options for 05-TB250

Hey guys,

I am looking to upgrade the stock exhaust on my son's 2005 TB250 with a slip on pipe. I have only found a couple of options and want to know if anyone else has done this and if so, where did you find the exhaust. I don't want it to be super loud.

Thanks in advance and ride safe, ride smart, ride responsibly!

we offer pipe for the 250's tht works awsome it has been one of top sellers for the last 5-6 yrs. Take note that you should put a clutch kit for a pipes machine on your quad if and when you do change the pipe. We also offer complete kits called speed kits which include our pipe kit ( includes proper jetting), clutch kit, and kn air filter. Take a look at our web-site @ www.hotseatperformance.com or call us @ 651-982-6020 if you are interested or have anymore ?'s

I like the Dynoport on the Polaris 2strokes if you dont want high engagment and a wide powerband. The HPD make awsome power but has to be clutched to the powerband.
RcR make the most reasonably priced kit for the 250s and has great customer support.
The main things I like on the HPD is you can quieten them down with a stock 400 Scrambler silencer.Unlike the HSP and Dynoport that are single units(not seperate pipe and silencer)

Don't forget about Aaen performance. They to make great pipes for the TB. They offer a nice low-mid range pull with much more top end pull. But as Speedwerx posted, there speed kits are spectacular being i had a buddy who had it and it would hang right with a TB 400.
