Default My Rebuilt Rappy Running Rough

I got the 660 back tonight after having it rebuilt. Its Idles fine but I cant punch the throttle right off the bat or it will stall. But if I ease into the throttle it will rev all the way, and Boy will it rev.... =P

The machine shop said he bored the jug out as much as it could go. Im not sure how big it is.
The head had a mild port and Polish job done on it
Stage 1 Hotcam
Dynojets
New CDI box with Upped rev limiter. (came with it)

They also Dynoed and Tuned it for free. Its putting out 41.61 HP at 35.82 Ft-lbs TQ @ 6.5k RPM. This seemed off by how much work was done to it, I would expect more power. When it was Dynoed Run conditions were 101.05F, 12%humidity, SAE:1.03, 29.44 In HG.

Some of the simple things im going to try to fix it.
-Higher Octane Fuel, Wtf they put REGULAR pump gas in it =( (I have a barrel of 120 octane VP Fuel)
-Full Exhaust, Its stock after being wrecked a long time ago. Any suggestions??
-New Air Filter and Box, Its K&N but old. Nuff said.

Thanks
TJ

You know what Doyle, You might be right. They had the Cam timing off the first time I went to pick it up but they said they fixed it. Is that a quick fix?

Doc, Im not sure, I havnt checked it yet but when I take it back to them ill ask them because I dont have the tool to do it myself...

Well I drained all the gas and put fresh 93 octane and mixed some 120vp racing fuel and It ran alot better but every now and then it would still stall when punching it from idle to full throttle. I took it out for its first ride and the thing has massive power pulling the wheels through 1-4 with no problem and it revs high fast and strong. Its a weird thing. Im still going to check the carbs and the cam timing. Thanks for all the great info guys. Could the Stock pipe, and box be a factor in this too?

did you go with bigger jets? You dont mention getting the carbs jetted so that might be a problem as well. Get an exhaust first and then rejet. I saw an e-series pipe on ebay for $100 earlier today...that would be a cheap way to go!
