Default Rear Diff Drain?

Any other wolverine owners stripped out the drain on the rear differential? Mine was a bit rusty from water sitting in the gaurd and it stripped out very easily like all the other bolts/drains on the thing. Any tips on getting it out? Also does it hurt to just drain it out the filler, what i did was throw my winch around a tree branch and hang it up for a bit and i think all the fluid drained but not sure.

The best thing you can do is buy a nice 6 point metric socket set. Even the big 19mm drain bolts will strip out very easy using a 12 point socket. Using an adjustable wrench, SAE socket, or anything like that will almost always turn out bad. For the striped bolt... first squar off the bolt head a bit with a hand file and then try a nice vice-grip.
