One of my kazuma 110's had the clutch start slipping in 3rd, and then all gears. After cooling it seemed fine for a few minutes and then started slipping. I changed oil and found more metal than I wanted, so I tore it down and found metal in the clutch. I cleaned all of the parts and inspected them for wear or signs of slippage and found nothing. If I could buy all of the parts reasonable I would just buy all new. should the clutch turn in both directions freely or not? Anyone seen this? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]
