Whats the largest tires i can put on a honda 300 4x4 without losing to much power and not having to modify engine.Also what tires do you recommend for general riding. Thanks

I just put 25-10- 11's on my 350 4X4 FourTrax. Don't know how similar they (quads) are. The original tires were 24-9-11's. It gives me about 10 inches of clearance. Took it out rootin and there seemed to be no problem. What do the big wheel kits show. What kind of ridin are you doing most of the time. The 25 10's are a bit wide. Don't know if this helps.

 

well there is a difference between a 350 and a 300, the 300 has diffent size fronts to rear, 350 is the same. I cant really tell ya what to put on, just to get an or so size smaller for front than rear. I just put stock size surtracs on mine and the front is almost the same size as rear so i lost top end but they are nice tires. I just guess it depends on the stuff you do.
