Default ds650 backfire porblem

Hey guys I need your opinion on what you think this could be...I have been having a problem with my ds 650 when I run it for a little while and then shut it off it begins to backfire...I thought it had to do with my carb/coolant so today I put in engine ice and it does make a difference but it is still backfiring only when shutting it off...I have an alba racing full system with stage 3 jets and no airbox lid with a K&N filter...So after I put in the new antifreeze and ran it for a while I was hoping I would see a difference but no so I messed with my pilot jet to see if I could get any better response and it only would make it backfire at low rpms...my plugs have a white tip on them and are black on the porcelin...I put a newer stock cdi in as my old one went bad a while ago do you think this could be the problem, pilot or main jet,or something else. Any help would be appreciated thanks.Brett

nah its pretty loud then I tried putting on my stock gas cap and tried it then and it went away a little but I could still hear it...I had a billet gas cap on there and am running a 185 main jet...I think that the problem is that the billet one doesn't ventillate and since I run it for a long time it builds up and becomes air tight and it is letting all of the compression out of the system so I believe that is the problem can anyone vouch for that. Should I be running a different main jet lower I have all the way up to a 200 some guy gave me extra jets when I got the bike so please someone help. It could just be the weather but i want to atleast find out why its happening.

unless you changed your stock gas tank changing your gas cap will not do anyrthing!! the ds stock gas tank is vented their is a hose attached to the tank!!
