ams sand tire

Default ams sand tire

has anyone tried the ams aerospeed sand tire? if so what is your opion. thnx

I've used them in snow, and they worked great. Just make sure they match up on the left-to-right side so you don't get that side wabble/vibration.

ok, but the tire can be used on either side because they are center scoops,so can you tell what you mean? thnx.[ p.s. do you mean where the lugs line up with the bolt pattern?]

Yes, I meant when you stand about 5ft behind the quad, looking at the tires you want the paddles facing forward, but you also want them lining up as even as possible--from the left tire to the right. On my first quad I had to move the spindle two grooves, on my second quad they were almost perfect.

On my bomb, they are close enough that you'd only feel it on hard packed stuff. Better to do it at home...I did it at the camp and it wasn't near as easy or fun.
