does anyone know or have a good guess as to the stock HP of the recon? Supposedly the new 250EX will have 10% more horsepower, so I'm just trying to estimate it.

Fortunately,I am lucky enough to have the title to mine,and it says something like 15.6 HP.I don't have the title in front of me at the moment,but I'm pretty sure it is that.

 

well, thanks for the info, maybe I'm getting confused between engine HP and rear wheel HP.

I found a site that said the 300EX was 16.9

now if the Recon is 15.6 and they've added 10% to that motor to put it in the 250EX then the 250EX will have 17.2 HP.... that's barely more than the 300EX. Does that sound right?????????
