is my predator built before or after 1/12/04

how do i know if my polaris predator was built before or after 1/12/04

the reason im asking is i need to buy a steering stem and there is apparently a difference.

can anyone tell me how i can find out

WARRIORBOY your bike was built on 09/30/03 sold 12/31/03 end ser no d006510402928 sold in n massapequa ny hope this helps
