Default big red front axle and brakes

will the FRONT AXLE AND BRAKE DRUM OFF A 1983 BIG RED 200E fit on a 1984 honda big red 200es?

It depends on what extent you are swapping. The 83 model had a brake drum that was integral with the hub. The 84 model had a brake drum that unbolted from the hub assembly. If you are swapping, all of these componets, then you will not have any problems at all. Everything will bolt up fine. The axle bolt itself is the same between both models, so this will be fine to. And the wheels even have the same bolt pattern, so as long as you have the whole hub assembly,... along with brake cover to,...you are good to go.
