I am looking for a plastic skid plate for my 01 wolverine. Who makes one and where can I get one?

Here is one place I know of that sells the polyethylene skids.

Can you buy straight from them or do you have to go through a dealer?

I had that exact skid on my Wolvy before I went with a full aluminum set up. It's a good skid, coverage is good and big hits from rocks and such don't phase it one bit. Nice thing about poly skids is they slide over obstacles really well and they're quiet too..

I have no idea. I've never bought anything from Hebco. Give them a call or send them an email and see what they say.
