HELP! I see gas leaking from carburator!

I can see gas dripping from the bottom of my polaris scrambler 500 's carb. There is a nipple that I assume should have a hose/tube connected that is just dripping fuel, The bike has started to run like poo (since last night) I assume that something came off or??? I cant find a loose hose anywhere. Can someone help? I have no idea what is wrong. I think there might be a allen wrench screw that is near this nipple (maybe to adjust something?)

PLEASE HELP!

sorry, After reading some searches I've found that I likely need to replace the needle valve and seat in the carb.. thanks,'
