hello all, I am new here and to atv's. I purchased my son an '01 eton dxl 90 last year to ride with the neighbor kids. all has been fine till today, he came home from riding and went back out about 20 minutes later and it wouldn't start. I checked battery voltage with volt meter(12.37 v). I know by my manual where the starter relay is but don't know how or if you can check it. At the starter I get (7.36v). I can start it with the hand start. Does this sound like the relay or the starter. When you try to start it it sometimes spins the starter but VERY slowly. If it were just clicking I would say relay but being that it does spin I could use some help.
