Baja 250 top speed

Baja 250 top speed
Hi, has anyone run their Baja 250 wide open and noted the top speed that their quad will do? I had mine out on a straight stretch and the speedo read 72 km/h.
I know the speedo is not perfectly accurate, but it is close. It reads a little fast compared to my GPS.
Just wondering if this is a typical speed. My father-in-law seems to think it is fast for a 250cc quad.
