97 Kodiak Deal or NO DEAL

I have a chance to buy a 97 with 1400 miles, a winch and snow plow for $2,200. Sounds fair to me. Anybody have any opinions?

seems like a fair price to me if it's not beat up and was well maintained. The plow and winch make it worth that price. good luck!
