been ridin for the pas couple of days and it just turns itself off every now and then ... no particular time or heat range maybe wireless networks orbumps/connections.. the battery is just sitting in the box should i tie it down somehow and if no other suggestions is there an easy way to disable the remote kill on these things?

Most of the sunl quads you can pull a fuse from the remote box. Others you have to unplug the whole unit. Also check teh rear tether. They will have a tendency to stall teh quad just because the cap does not stay on. You can just unplug that in the rear.
