Does anyone have any listing of what kind of parts are needed to make a 300ex into a 330ex.

A 330 kit consist of 80mm piston, larger sleeve, gaskets, and hardware. The top end of the motor needs to be bored out in order too press-in the larger sleeve. Many 4-stroke engine builders sell a 330 kit for $295 dollars + labor(boring and sleeve press). Contact TC Racing, CT Racing, Powroll, Four-Stroke-Tech, RCR, or Curtis Sparks for details.
If you feel comfortable ordering your own parts. Wiseco sells a 80mm piston for about $80 bucks. LA Sleeve will make you a larger sleeve. And gasket kits are sold everywhere from Wiseco to your dealer. Purchasing the parts yourself will save you some money.

I have done all of this work on my quad, and will be willing too answer any questions you may have.

My friend had a 330 kit done and he says it feels like it is hitting the rev. limiter really fast. He has never hit it before, does it even have one? And what is it? And can you buy one from white Bros. or something to help perf. I ride a 400ex and have hit mine 2 or 3 times, but I don't have any mods. Thanks for your time. Later.
