Default on blaster 97: replacing rod bearing, piston, cranshaft pin

i was reving reely high with no oil in the engine...being a dumass yes...n it just shut off n i couldnt start it again...the piston kept locking up...me and my friend opened it up and found that the rod bearign has basically dissengrated and wasnt on the crashift pin tight at alll....litle pieces of metal went everywhere n did some damge to the piston...

so i bought all the parts i needed...

n i wanted to know if any1 knew if this would be a hard thing to fix...we r opening the engine up at the moment and my friend has done sum work inside the engine like this before....i just wanted to know if any1 had any advice or tips and had dealt with this kind of thing before......thanks

It's not real hard to do. A couple thinks to pay attention to is the shift levers and drums on it. note how they come apart so you can put it back together the first time. Also don't lose the woodruff key on the flywheel side of crank. Another thing I lost was the ball that is with the clutch pin. Here is a link to a online service manual. Online Service Manual.
