Default Sunl 90 headlight issue

The headlight on my 90 started flickering and I took it apart to find that the metal peice that sits in front of the bulb had come lose and was rattling around inside the headlight, the bulb socket had melted the plastic around it away, and the bulb itself had seperated from his metal base.

I think I can JB weld (epoxy) the metal base the bulb goes into back to the plastic hole, but does anyone know where to find this 35w hi/lo bulb? Probably not a Walmart item.

Can you maybe rig up a different socket for a bulb that you can get at an auto parts store?

Maybe, but I'm going to try to find the right bulb and do the repair first. This is the bulb, but it's out of stock here.

Just ordered a 12V 25/25 halogen for $10 from www.retrobikes.com. I figure if the 35W bulb melted the refletor, might as well drop it down to 25.
