Cabela's Heated Grips
I have these:

They work great and are worth twice the price on a long cold ride. The grips are very stiff, so you can put them on with a rubber mallet. The wiring installation is a piece of cake.
The only gripe I have is that the grips are not very comfortable and have some sharp edges. Gloves help a lot.
