full tank on 700r doesnt last long

Default full tank on 700r doesnt last long

anyone else noticed after modding ur rappy,it goes through the small gas tank pretty quick..cant understand why they made it so small....the only gripe i have with the rappy...

I think that happens on a lot of motors. Even more so when you have the choice of shifting at 4000 rpm or 9000rpm. I get about 45 mpg on my motorcycle, I used about 2gal of gas on a 40 mile trip the other day just because I was hot roding it at each stoplight. I ended up pushing it to a gas station.

probably does have a little to do with my heavy thumb....still for the largest motor yama makes we got the smallest tank...i guess fi was supposed to make it better on gas?
