Thanks all!! The boy living with me made a dramatic change. We went from not knowing if he'd live to glad he did and will get better in time (we were told christmas "maybe") to comming home Sunday.
With help from all you, the Lord smiled on this boy.
I'm 100% sure he will never mount a ATV w/o a helmet again.
