You probably need to call an exhaust company and find out if their models will interchange. In 04 I ordered a slipon from hmf for my 700. They made a mistake and sent me one for a 650. You could force it on but it wasn't right. The metal tab on the silencer that mounts to the frame was set at a different angle. If you have a particular exhaust in mind I would call the manufacturer before I bought it just to make sure that it will fit right.

Yes, the BF650 SRA uses the EXACT same exhaust pipes as on the other Prairie V-twin models (650 and 700, they all share same P/N pipes). The SRA BF is basically a reskinned Prairie with a few other minor changes.

I don't want argue or have anyone feel disrespected but you are mistaken on this one sir. I watch the forums regularly and your advice has usually been dead on. Most systems probably will interchange from the prairie 650 to 700 to the breute 650sra but not all. Loafie, if the system you've chosen will interchange then your out what 15 minutes and a phone call. If it dosen't then I'll bet you'll wish you took that 15 minutes to make a phone call. LOL Hayashi like I said all due respect but from my experience your mistaken on this one. But, keep the advice comming, I've seen you help several people

The HMF Prairie 650 full system and slip on fits perfectly on the Brute 650 SRA as they are the same. This is fact.

Front head exh pipe P/N 18088-1140.
Rear head exh pipe P/N 18087-0077.
Kawi uses those 2 parts commonly on all SRA V-twin models (P650, BF650 & P700 for 2002-2007). Simply call Kawi and verify.

OE Manufacturers usually share same parts among similar models obviously to cut down costs. However, it doesn't mean aftermarket parts manufactures do the business in the same way (but I would).
