I know what this is and what they are said to do. However, my question is does anyone have one installed, and does it make improvement?

By seeing that no one knows anything about them, or seems to have one installed makes me wonder. That was the first I heard of them, and things just dont seem right. I am a electrician by trade, and the way they said it "improves power" just does'nt add up.
