I need some honest opinions. Which one of these bikes is the better all around bike? Canondale 440 or Suzuki LTZ 400. I will be in the market for one in the near future. I ride primarily in the sand dunes and some hard pack. Thanks in advance!

 

they stopped making the Canondales, i wouldnt think u'd need much more info than that lol, but if u want to compare, it depends on what aspects ur talkin about. race track wise, the pros dont run any canondanles, but doug gust was won championships wit his Suzuki, and i think some others now run them instead of the 450r's and yfz's. I've never riden a Canondale so i dont know much about them, but i have riden the Suzuki and its a nice machine, very nimble, wheelie beast! fast for a 400, corners well, but it is the raptor style tippy, id widen it out a bit. hope this helps a bit [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

to be honest with you I like cannondales as my friend has one but there are very limited amountof places where you can find parts for them...I think you would be beter off with one of the newer 450's the a cannondale...just my .02

 

i used to know a guy that had one and he raced it alot and it fell apart all the time,now u cant buy parts so i would say its a bad idea.
