just looking for any other 04 sportman 400 owners to see if anybody has hadthe same issues,broken ball joint,broken ft axel(at the u-joint) , many ft diff repairs and many rear cv joints(noisey) and it seems if i even runover a blade of grass i rip a cv boot. over all i would never give it up. i am always pulling a 04 forman 450 out, and my other buddy rides a 04 sportsman 600 i can go any place he can . right now i am dealing w/ clutching issues and looking for advice. always looking for good story and willing swap advice

 

I have an 04 400 with 2558 miles on it and i havent had many problems with it. I had to replace 2 cv boots, 1 on the front and 1 on the back. Other than that my bike seems to be bullet proof.
