Go to atvpartsdepot.com very cheap, and they have all the accessories.

I Found Cabela's to be the cheapest for the 2000 warn.$300.00 for the winch and about $60.00 for the mount with a fairlead roller..

ATV Parts Depot sent me an email, I believe about that winch being on sale. I deleted the email and can't remember the price for sure.
