some of you may have seen my other post awhile ago regarding the battery, lights not working etc....well i performed a charge coil resistance test, there are really 2 tests invloved and it said if i failed both, that i need to replace the stator assembly, because i have a faulty charge coil......so, in order to replace the stator assembly i need to get into the alternator cover which the book shows is alot of work then i need to replace the stator assembly.....my question to you guys is, is this as hard a job as it looks or should i just take it in and spend a billion dollars, its a 2004 honda recon by the way....thanks- tyler
