I ordered some pro elite nerf bars from albaaction.com and i was just wondering because when i looked at my quad on my foot pegs there are no mounting holes does any one have an 06 trx 450er with nerf bars everyones input thanks

 

You have to drill 2 holes in each foot peg. It is easy to do. You should mount the front part of the nefs, then see where they line up to the pegs. Drill the holes right thru the nerf holes and install bolts.

 

thanks man but when u drill through the holes of the nerfs it will prolly mess them up wont it

 

I was able to do it. It just let me skip a step. If you want mount them in the front, then mark the holes in the pegs. Remove the nerfs and then drill. That way would be easier, but take a few more minutes.

 

I just got nerfs on my 07 450er but I got a/c from alba racing...take a look

thanks once it gets paid off it'll be alot better...your 400 and blaster are nice also...etondude did you order a special color from alba. Should look pretty sweet, but what I would recommend is getting rid of the stock pegs as it make a huge difference when trying to corner and when you want to race with it.

 

thanks but the blaster in the pics isnt mine thats the kids that i ride with...i used to have a blaster as u can tell by my name prolly but it got stolen a few years backk...but what u plan on doing to your 450 next?
