Sunl 90cc....will not crank......we stayed up all night trying everything and still will not crank....getting a good arc from the spark plug......disconnected the emergency kill button on the rear......tried the remote then the start button on the atv......sprayed carb cleaner....checked all the electrical connections.....everything looks good EXCEPT that the front headlight will not come on......help!

The headlight will only come on when it's running. The stock battaries are junk. Try putting it on A jump starter. Then when you get A chance buy A wet sell batt. the same size. We got one at Wal-Mart. Good luck.

Sir,
Are they brake operated...in other words before it cranks you have to press the brakes. Mine is that way and I made that mistake last year Also, look at Raceway step in...do you see any others helping? Bet they didn't buy it, but they are still willing to help. Last year...this was me and they helped me. SEADAWG

If you're getting fire at the sparkplug I would say it has to be a lack of fuel. If it was a safety switch keeping you out you wouldn't be gettiing fire to the plug. The safety switches work by breaking a circuit. If you have a spark and fuel it will at least try to run unless your fuel mixture is too rich, in that case the carb is flooding and you would probably be spelling gas.

Raceway ATV is simply the best!! This guy stayed on the phone with us for over an hour and helped save our Christmas!! We are in Gulfport, Mississippi and have spent the last year recovering from Hurricane Katrina, then to have the BIG Christmas gift not even crank.....well, to say we were all dissappointed is a huge understatement.......this guy is working on Christmas day, helping folks he doesn't even know, that bought the atv from some other place that wasn't available to help....I'd say that this guy would be a great person to do business with.....he will certainly get our next atv purchase.....God bless you for your generosity and help......manning in mississippi
