Default broken plastics, warranty?

It froze last night and my shed where i store my atv isnt insulated, the front-left fender has a huge crack in it because of too much pressure when the plastic contracted because of the cold. do you think this is covered by warranty? its happened to one of my dads tractors before, it froze -35 and the glass door lay in a million pieces the next day. I NEED TO KNOW SOON, MY WARRANTY ENDS IN 2 DAYS!!!!!

It should be covered, definitely. Is it? That's between you and your dealer and your dealer and CanAm. Whatever you do, get a claim in before the warranty runs out.

Curious about 1 things, are there any marks on the plastic that might indicate you ran into something.

Call your dealer and CanAm right away, try to get a case number on your claim. Then write to both of them right away, email probably ok, cause a phone call is not worth the paper it's written on.

Good luck to you bud.

kawi I was thinking the same thing as you are lol...I don't know how they would just crack from the temp difference unless something hit them, but whatever lol...crazy I was looking at you pics of the carb and you have some things labeled wrong, I know you were going to try and rejet or something like that and wanted to let you know before you went along doing so...what you have labeled the main jet is actually the slide and the needle...the main jet and the pilot jets are in the bowl of the carb(the wider jet if you take the carb apart is the main jet and the needle sits in it...the pilot jet messes with the air fuel mix at lower rpms until the main jet kicks in)...you have the pilot screw correct you just didn't have the pilot jet labeled...good luck with the plastics problem and wish ya luck with the carb

I told my dad about it, but he forgot to call the dealer, now the warranty is all gone

I doubted it would be covered anyway, since i've rolled it before and already had some other broken plastic in other places and some scratches
