Default Black Plug hanging from killswitch.

I found a plug with three wires in it just hanging out by the CDI box on my 1987 Honda Foreman 4x4. I've been trying to get it running, but there is no spark. I need to find out where this plug goes. anybody know? Here's a pic of what i'm talking about.

I dont have a wiring diagram for that one, but if you can describe the color code on the wires, a wiring diagram will show where they go and what circuit is effected.
