im running the white bros e series slip on...is it possible to put a header on this pipe...does white bros make one like their pro meg maybe? or would the fmf power bomb fit it...tell me what ya know or think...i dont want to get rid of the white bros cause it performs awesome, looks awesome, and sounds awesome...but im getting the 416 and was thinking of a lil more air...or do you think the lil bit bigger header will mean much? thanks

yes i think they have one for a 400ex. I have one one my 300ex for my pro meg it is called a works head pipe from white brother it has a way bigger diameter from the stock form for more air flow and adds a lot more power

Hit the inside of the stock headers with a dremel and clear out the weld that takes about 10% of your max airflow away. I did this, but haven't gotten my quad back together since rebuild with 416

is this weld near the head of the motor, or back my the silencer? Do you know of any mods to the silencer to help it out?

its at the head. be careful when you remove and reinstall the header, you might have to replace the crush gaskets that go between the engine and the headers. they aren't that expensive anyways.
