stolen 700raptor?
#1
I saw a 2006 700 raptor for $3700cdn (about 3000USD) in the autotrader a while ago. Isnt that odd that a quad like that can lose 60% of its value in just one year?
Im thinking it was stolen and the guy wanted to get rid of it quickly

There has been a lot of scams in the trader lately. I have emailed about a few quads and get the same reply back every time. The guy states that he is from the United Kingdom and the quad was baught in Canada. He would like $500 to ship it. He needs the money bad so he can take his wife on the honeymoon they deserve. I think I got this 3 times, one on that raptor you talking about, a 2005 ltz 400 for $3500 and a 2005 Raptor 660 for $3600. Just a heads up!

I've seen cheap quads in cycle trader around here, both from the same seller ome was an 04 TRX450R for $2,900 or best offer, now the same seller (same phone #) has an 06 700r for $3,200. It is a little suspicious.
If your're interested but think the machines hot get the vin and take it to the Yamaha dealer or the local police and have them run it thru the system and see what they can find out, that'd prolly be the easiest and most secure way to find out.hot
