Default New Reed cage. Bigger jetting needed?

Hey, how's it going everybody?

I've got an 05 Blaster that I've slowly but surely been modding while I continue working on putting together an all new 240cc motor for it. FOr now though, the blaster is running with the following
Stock engine
K&N Air filter
FMF Pipe and Silencer
Open Air Box
and I've already rejetted the carburetor with a 260 main jet. (It was a 230 stock out here in southern california)

I have NOW purchased a half inch reed spacer and a new V-Force Delta 3 Reed valve.

So I'm wondering, am I going to need to once again bust out some bigger jet sizes? Cuz the next one up from a 260 that yamaha sells for the blaster carb is a 300. And 4 steps up seems a bit excessive to me. Anyway, just wondering what all you jetting experts out there think.

Thanks guys and gals. Have a good one.

I don't think you will need to change your jetting. However, you might want to do a plug check just to make sure that your jetting is correct to begin with.
