Does anyone know where would bea good place to look for one? Are there any salvage places or places where you can get used motors? If i found a blown engine where could i get it rebuilt to pretty much stock? How much would it cost?

you could post a ad in the atvconnection classified or call up kandkatv.com or eastcoastatv.com

 

Go to Ebay and type in "350X". Try it every 3-4 days. I've seen a couple of used 350x motors sell on there fairly cheap.

Check your local swapper/trader mags. Sometimes you can buy a whole machine for what a good engine will cost. Use a search engine on-line[keywords ATV Salvage] that should give you quite a few locations. East Coast ATV advertises "new" 350X engines. I believe for $1300.Phone #215-529-4632. Ad is in dirt wheels. Good Luck!

 

Honda might have them. Beleive it or not the High school got two of them donated to be taken apart and they are brand new. The High school got rid of them cause they couldn't use them for anything. Honda might donate them to a school and you could then take it off the schools hands thats what I did, and if you were wondering it is Sandy High in Oregon. Check with honda they might have on laying around.

 

They still have them at your high school?
