Default scrambler 500 white bros.pipe

hey. has anyone had a problem with the white e series slip on? every time i install it,the front seal on the head pipe just wont seal ,an I always get a small leak causing it to backfire, when I install the stocker, its fine no leak. when I install the white,no matter how I adjust it,same s#!@.. does anyone know a fix for this??? any input would be very helpful.

i had this problem when i had a white bros too... i found that was because the pipe where it bends to go back to the silencer, had become warped or something. i was thinking it was because of the pipe, when hot getting hit with water might have caused it to warp little by little over the years. so i removed the stock pipe and clamped it into a bench vise. then took a pipe for leverage that just fit inside the exhaust pipe, and tweaked it until it fit the head pipe angle again. i think i also tweaked the head pipe too... worked great after that!

oh i also replaced the donut there at the same time to help,....

hope this helps...
