Default Stock ds Rear shock revalving?

I have been playing with my front Works Piggy Back Pro shocks, revalving them myself, and moved on to the stock rear shock. I ride (2000 DS650) mainly Mx track now that i own 10 acres. Jumping bigger and farther, the rear just isnt up to the task.

I purchased the bike used. I assume it was stock valving. I have revalved it about 30 times and have it clost to what i think i will end up running. My Track just got covered in snow so im down till spring.

Has anyone had any expierance revalving there shocks them selves, or found any good sources/info reguarding it?

I have also machined some custom and replacement parts for doing both the works fronts and the stock rear im running. Have a nitrogen setup i've been borrowing for recharging everything. Id rather do it my self and learn how, then pay someone else. That way i can allways do it again later to get it perfect, and can pass on the info to others.

I guess im just fishing for info, intrest, ideas. Also willing to pass on what i learned to anyone that is interested.

The guys at works were verry helpfull with info, educatiing me on what was involved, and i believe i have the fronts nailed down pretty close for the DS (180 lb rider, handles MX class jumps, and still not harsh on Hi speed bumps)

Dave.
