i am getting works shocks in a few days and i was wondering if i should get the at steelers with or without reserviors?what is the difference?

99 warrior
yoshimura rs-3 pipe
k&n filter,dyno jets,ac bumper,full skid,swingarm skid,and nerfs.
380 big bore w/wiseco pro light piston and wild hot cam.
shredder tires on douglas .160 rims and soon to be works shocks.

 

As you may or may not know, the chief function of remote cans is to reduce shock fade induced by extremely hard riding with the resultant heat that is generated in the shock which tends to reduce the oil's ability to create damping.
Storage of the oil in the remotes together with the gas charges tends to keep this oil at a lower temperature & maintaining the damping ability of the shock.
The deciding factor is what your riding style would be. If motocross is in the picture, the remotes would be a worthwhile investment due to the rapid & constant hard working of the suspension. If less demanding or constant extreme working of the suspension is to be done, then the remote reservoirs may not be necessary.
