Default HID headlights for Polaris Ranger

My company Oznium.com sells high quality HID headlights that are usually installed in vehicles. We have a customer who recently did a headlight retrofit on his Polaris Ranger but didn't realize that the heat could melt the stock housing made of plastic. We looking for the size of the housing so we can locate one made of glass. Does anyone know of such a product? Where can we find it?

Any help or guidance you could provide would be great!

thank you,
Max

Do you know how much more draw or amperage it takes to run those comparied to the stock lights???...Caper.......Will they take all the shake rattles and rolls of an off road quad???......Caper......
As for glass replacements.............you may need to retro-fit a car headlight in from a import or small after-market lens!!!

The Flowlighting HID kits require about 7 amps, and they are built to be quite durable.
