New to the game and have looked at the 2006 TRX350TM (priced right at $3522 OTD) or the newer 420TM for $4500 OTD. Both are 2WD to be used for trail riding and lite work.
64 dollar question... Is the 420 worth the extra $1,000 bucks?
IS a 2WD going to be enough for lite work and trail riding?

 

Just my opinion, but if you are going to buy a utility, why would you not get 4wd.
On a slick trail you will be glad you have it. We recently came up on 2 quads that were trying to make it up a trail at Windrock. They were 2wd and could not move. Just spinning the tires. We just gave them a push and followed them to make sure they made it up.
The 420 has so much more going for it. If you can afford it, then get it.
