Default 450r stalling / cutting out when pulling a wheely

I'm trying to sort out my 05 450r carb. Here's the info on the machine.

It has a 480 big bore kit (11 to 1 piston I think), an aftermarket cam, a full factory four exhaust system, K&N filter with no lid, and a big gun rev box. All work was done at a dealer according to the previous owner. I checked the main jet after I bought the bike. It was a 180. I've since been running a 195 main jet which gave a nice improvement in power. I'm probably around 300' elevation here. It generally runs great up till it hits the rev limiter around 80 mph.

Here's my problem: It has started cutting out as I begin to pull a wheelie. Almost immediately when the front end comes up it starts to cut out (not after riding a long wheelie). My first thought is that maybe the float has a problem preventing enough fuel from being in the bowl. As the bike tilts back in a wheelie it starts to run out of fuel.

Does anyone have any suggestions or similar experiences with their bikes? I'd like some support before I tear into it.

Thanks,

Jason

My first thought was the floats.
Aren't you a little rich with a 195 main?
I have a 480 big bore, stage II Hotcam, ported and polished head, FMF Q2 muffler, Uni filter and cut open airbox lid HRC style.
I am running a 185 main and a 50 pilot and I run a little fat at times. I ride anywhere from sea level to 5000'

I may be a little rich with a 195 but Dirt Wheels used a 190 main on a stock 05 450r with only a slip on and the air box lid removed and dynoed it at 40 horsepower. (not that you can totally trust those guys) I picked up 5 mph on topend by going from a 180 to a 195. (They didn't have a 190 in stock when I bought the 195) I really need to do a plug chop test to see where I'm at on the main.

In any case I should be able to sort out the main jet pretty easily. My real concern is the cutting out when the front end lifts. This could be dangerous on a hill

Any other thoughts?
