Default Heelclicker out of business

Just as I was about to buy a HC clutch kit they go out of business? How can it be? Almost $200 for a few springs and weights seems as though there would be a large net profit. There seems to be a huge demand for these kits.

Even if I were able to find one it is my understanding that the website contained lots of usefull information for fine tuning and even video instructions for installation - but is now down.

Any advise? What would be the next best thing? My 06 700 efi belt slips with the 27" tires.... My dealer suggested just changing a spring in the secondary.. Would this work? Which one?

Please help!!!!

To add to that, if its "Snooze you lose"
scenerio here, what other clutch kits
do you all recommend as a close
second? What does Rick Ritter use on
his performance kits?

They're not out of business. The HC resaler (Dan) has retired, so HC is looking for a new resaler. You can still get a kit from Cob over on www.atvquadsquad.com . Shoot him a pm on that website.....

Thanks for the info guys! I just registered for the Highlifter site and sent Cob a request. I would also like his phone number so I can try and buy that last one! Thanks!

Does Cob provide support as well? That website would have been usefull....

Someone with lots of clutch experience should consider becomming a reseller. I am sure it is profitable. Caper, Stendori and a few others on here may want to consider it.... If I knew what you guys know I would at least look into it....

Thanks again.

Do I need any special tools????

Wow...lots of arguing on that post. Who knows what to believe.

I been following the HC forum for a long time and I've not seen any problems with the help or the product. Really seems to be all good reports over there. I will be ordering a HC shortly. The big concern I have now is that the HC site is gone which had a load of information on it.

bummer!
