Default wooow fire coming out my predator 500 muffler

ok i hav a2004 pred tld with pure polaris muufler fmf header k&N sn-2550 clamp on filter and i just finish dyno jetting it stage 3. befor i dyno jet it it was really fast but i whant to get to were i can beat moded banshee not those dragsters but the banshees that race in the track u know. so i needed mor power!!!!! so i buoght a K&n lamp on filter so i whont have to keep buying those paper filters to much$$$$ tyhen i installed the dyno jet stage 3 neddele and things whatever i whent to red sands i guess nobody gose there in monday either ways i drag race my dad. my pred halled *** really fasti beat him by alot i race him befdore but this time my pred was really fast later on at night i notice flames coming out my muffler i was shocked (so is this bad or normal need help!!!)

jetting could be out a bit. do you have the spark arrestor still in?

your lucky, i wish i had fire coming out of my muffler, that would look so sweet (is that why they force you to have spark arrestors to prevent forest fires?)

arent they just like adding a spark plug to the exhaust to ignite the fumes. see it on a hot rod once. nice flame show. you get caught riding w/out a spark arrester up here and its a heavy fine i do beleave.

a sign of being on the LEAN SIDE???? how could there be a flame coming out of the muffler if it was running lean, whihc means that there's no fuel left when there is still some air left. I think you meant rich, then there would be too much fuel that is left unburnt so it comes out the exhaust pipe. I held my hand just in front the the endcap on my dad's eiger when it was warming up with choke on, and after 5-10seconds, my hand was BLACK
