hi i'm new to this forum and have a question. i just bought a 1985 honda 250es big red reverse is all the way downbut cant get it to engage any replies would be helpful.thanks[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

This may sound stupid, but are you depressing the button on the left hand brake lever before you squeeze the brake lever? If so, check the cable.

 

that is probly true about the button i only see a yellow switch that has off/on there is no hand brakes just foot brake wasnt one on when i got it needs a little work paid 300.00 i also would like a cheap place to buy some new plastic. thanks for your reply.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
