I have a 1993 Honda 300 ex. lately when i have been riding i have noticed a wierd thing. when i hold the clutch into a turn and then let go and throttle it the quad makes a feeling like something is cathing. i was wondering if anyone knows what it is because im not sure. could it do with the throttle or is a plate or clutch basket catching. please help.

 

If it is that old, it's time to tear it down and have a look at the clutch anyway!

 

ok i will i have had it torn down a bit but never played with the clutch i guess i will though

 

I have to wonder if the basket is damaged, or just plain worn out???

 

ill tear it apart and check it out thanks
