ds250 air injection

ds250 air injection

does anybody know what the air injection system on the ds250 does

ds250 air injection

It injects air into the exhaust for a cleaner (?) exhaust, but it will cause a backfire or pop. Disconnect the hoses and plug where they went into the intake and head.
Then rejet and it will run a lot better and not backfire or pop!!!

this is a REALLY old topic, but will you have to jet UP or down?

2023 can am ds250

I changed the jets on my 2023 Can am ds 250 from 35 to 38 and main from 105 to 110. It is still back firing !! And when I removed my carb a white piece fell out and I’m not sure how or where it goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! As I can not find anything online to help me
